Head - HR role with new age supply chain and contract logistics company

Job Location : Mumbai

Role :

Reporting into the Founder & MD,CEO you will :

- Work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services to India e.g. recruitment, compensation, talent management, learning and development

- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch

- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals, initiatives and programmes within the set HR budgets

- Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team.

- Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place, Leading the Change Management and OD initiatives

- Play a hands on role in managing the end-to-end process of attracting and on-boarding the right talent internally / external, thereby fulfilling staffing requirements on-time. Having a hands-on understanding of the recruitment procedures (incl. tools) and implementing them with consistency

- On-going engagement with the client population to ensure effective HR support and coverage. Develop and implement appropriate communication processes and interventions on an on-going basis.

- Talent Development & Deployment and facilitate in identifying, nurturing and deploying talent effectively

- Drive active employee engagement; be seen as a go to HR implement specific engagement initiatives (targeted 1-1 discussions, pulse sessions) that help achieve a highly engaged employee population across the varied businesses

- Lead all IR interventions

Successful Candidate :

As a successful candidate you should have :

- 13-16 years of experience in HR & IR with manufacturing or closely related setups

- Should be extremely hands on in designing and setting up HR processes

- Premier B School & Engineering background

- You should have the vision to grow an organization and a positive attitude and the willingness to work in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment

- Excellent communication and presentation
