About the Role :

- The Head - Human Resources position is responsible for ensuring that organization has the reputation of being the best place to work in the industry and is never short of high quality and driven people.

- You will handle a team of 4+ people along with many partners

You must :

Automated Process : Create a process for attracting and recruiting high quality talent-from each of technology, diagnostics, medical and business backgrounds.

Explosive growth : Ensuring the team expansion at as fast a rate as the company is growing such that the availability of talent never becomes a bottleneck in growth

Inclusive Culture : Despite the team size, ensure every individual needs to feel a strong part of the team and has a large enough role to keep them excited.

Performance Culture : Drive an innovative and objective performance management approach to ensure a sense of fairness, focus and strive to break all goals.

Partner the cofounders : Position the role of Head HR as an integral part of the client management team by developing effective working relationships, influencing, challenging the senior management team on their personal style and the development and delivery of their people plans in support of the achievement of the business area and HR strategies.

Transform HR systems : Provide both transformational advice on change management initiatives, organisational / departmental restructures / job role design / outsourcing / vendors redundancy situations in order to improve cost and efficiency, clarify accountabilities and empower delivery of great customer service.

Communication, Control and compliance : In association with the HR service delivery partner, monitor, interpret and implement all new and revised legislation relating to the service. Oversee the planning and implementation of changes required including developments to policy and procedure; ensuring that significant changes are communicated to Founders and the Leadership team.

Learning and Development : Ensure each person in the team is fully skilled for the job with adequate training which authentically adds value to them

Requirements :

- MBA in HR is good but a graduate from any stream as long will also be just fine as long as you are a go-getter.

- You have handled a team of at least 3 HR people reporting into you or handled recruitment for a growing startup with a 100+ employee strength

- You have worked with multiple HR IT systems (HRIS) and can help pick and ensure usage of the one best for the team

- Have experience of handling at least two performance management cycles end to end with a high performance oriented company/start-up.

- You have at least min. 4 plus years of experience in HR domain with industry background of start-up or a technological service industry.

- You are a great communicator, with exceptional negotiation and convincing skills.

- You are a start-up enthusiast and now are ready to blend in the corporate world.
