The person has to be a good Work Culture Builder.  Good MNC background is important.  Great HR Practices work is important.  The person must have passion and aggression.   Job Summary :   - Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.  - Creating and implementing overall talent management strategy including workforce planning; recruiting; hiring; training and development; performance planning, management, and improvement; and succession planning  - Handle and mentor the PAN India team of approx. 30+ members  - Ensure organizational effectiveness through proper alignment of resources, processes, structure and culture with business strategies.  - Work collaboratively with business leaders to deliver innovative HR solutions and approaches focused on driving the success of their business.  - Be a business partner in overall strategic business planning and consultant to line managers on various HR issues  - Provide HR strategic services to drive employee performance in order to maximize business results.  - Demonstrated proficiency in policy development, documentation, and implementation  Strong Time Management, People Management Skills and Ability to Lead, Motivate and Direct others  - Elicit feedback regarding the effectiveness of HR Ops services and activities and, when appropriate, modify activities  - Ensure that current and future business needs are reflected in the development and implementation of HR strategies or plans and that all projects and deliverables are aligned with strategic enterprise objectives  - Foster and maintain strong internal relationships with key HR and business leaders. Supervise the development of actionable, proactive metrics that drive forecasting capabilities and strategic insights  Support larger HR initiatives by ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services  - Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.  Qualifications:  - Post-Graduation ideally from XLRI, Symbiosis, SCHRM, XLSS, TISS and similar such colleges  Experience : 10+ years of relevant experience in handling Business HR, managing Business heads as stakeholders.
