Client Organization is an AI powered marketing assistant for individual business owners. While it is easy today to create a website using Wix/Wordpress/Shopify, it is hard to attract an audience. This is the single biggest reason for failure in this segment. We are fixing this problem and helping our users succeed online.

Over 15 Million users have used Client Organization until now. We're a fast growing deep tech product company, and are on a path to double our team size to keep up with the rapid growth that we're currently experiencing.

We're looking for a - title- who'll handle the "people" part of Client Organization, and oversee core HR, recruiting, and employee experience. You'll help us build a culture of learning, opportunity and high performance.

About the job :

- You'll work towards nurturing and retaining the existing team. You'll develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.

- You'll drive key initiatives across areas like, organization design, diversity, leadership development, talent assessment and management processes.

- You'll build, own, and scale employee development programs, and ensure that people have an amazing experience at Client Organization .

- You'll work with teams, and establish Client Organization as a thought leader in people & culture space.

About you:

- You have at least 8 years of experience in an HR generalist/business partner/manager role. You have built HR programs inside organizations, and are familiar with HR information system, employment laws, etc.

- You believe in the power of culture to help drive change within organizations.

- You're a leader and you've influenced your peers and others with your blogs or talks.

Preferred :

- An Engineering background with a Masters degree in HR or Management. Past work experience with large-scale tech companies.

P.S. We don't use outdated HR products no matter how cheap they are. We currently use Lever and Lattice, and are always on the lookout for well-made products to use in our everyday lives.
