Role & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the management of the Human Resource Department and will lead HR programs.

- Develop, implement, and align HR programs with business objectives, and core values, serving, as a strategic partner of the senior management team while supporting employees in their day-to-day HR needs.

- Partner with senior management to implement and support HR policies, practices and programs including employee relations, wage and salary administration, benefits, and training

- Develop and implement HR plan including manpower planning, attracting and retaining talent, performance management, training and development, individual development planning for management employees in order to support the business objectives.

- Develop, Implement and monitor deployment of the corporate HR processes and system (Payroll, PMS, Reward and Recognition, etc.)

- Be accountable to ensure that the business heads have the best in class right fit talent available as per the manpower plan and lead the talent acquisition with a hands-on approach and complete ownership.

- Evaluation of the human resource division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities (where possible) for individuals

The Individual :

- Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills and critical thinking

- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work effectively with a diverse set of individuals at all levels of the organization

Qualification :

- 8-12 Years of HR Experience, and MBA in HR preferably from top business schools (IIM/XLRI/TISS/etc.)

- Experience in leading HR Operations and results delivery for a leading technology - sales & support business, with Pan-India presence.

- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, fully understanding technology hiring in a fast paced, dynamic environment

- Strong process and quality focus in the experience
