Qualities/Skills/Experience required :

- Preferably, should come from the FMCG industry

Educational background preferably, from a top tier MBA college (top 4 for HR) OR ANY PREMIUM SCHOOL

Experience : 10-12 years

Job Role :

- Designing, preparing, implementing and managing a better hiring process flow

- Design, develop, implement and manage a new performance management system for the yarn business which is not limited by a traditional bell curve

- Develop and manage a programs for leadership development

- Develop and manage training programs to help percolate the right mental models within the organization in line with the aspirations and values of the organization

- Develop and manage a program to identify high potential employees

- Initiate and oversee the implementation of lean management and continuous improvement culture programs at the Silvassa Plant

- Develop and manage a rewards and recognition program to encourage not just performance but the right behaviors and values within the organization

- Oversee the annual GET, MT and lateral hiring program. Develop and implement a program to track the progress of these hires

- Help implement initiatives that will enforce values and beliefs that the organization wishes to build upon

- Run the day-day activities of an HR and OD role

- Talent acquisition for the yarn business

- Oversee the HR function through direct reports at the 2 plants
