Head - Human Resource - Online Food Startup (6-9 yrs)
Experience : 6+ years of HR experience
Responsibility : Leading HR for the firm, and setting up the base for a hyper growth/ online food industry.
This will involve, but will not be limited to the following :
- Talent Acquisition and Management
- HRBP
- Employee relations and Employee Engagement
- Directly manage senior leadership hiring and campus programs
- Work closely with the founders to define organisation culture, while effectively interpreting policies.
- Set up people practices around performance management, rewards and recognition, etc.
- Compensation and Rewards
- Coach and support a young leadership team on people management

Over time, the incumbent would be expected to step-up his/her involvement on the general management side, to build and execute HR programs and practices that will enable the business to build and sustain its operational scale.
