Title: Head HR

Location: Nashik

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Primary Objective:

- This incumbent will perform a critical leadership role and be a strategic business partner supporting all HR activities and initiatives from both operational and strategic perspective.

- Responsibilities include driving successful implementation of leadership and organizational priorities including Recruitment, Development of talent and teams, Operational Excellence and continuously improving the positive engagement of the employees in align to the company's growth plan

Major Areas Of Accountability:

- Enhance HR best practice in the complete employee life cycle and implement strategy in alignment with the rest of the Group

- Comply with all applicable local employment legal requirements

- Translate organizational business plans into HR strategic and operating plans, Partner with the business leaders in developing strategies and ensuring robust alignment with business priorities.

- Focus on organizational planning, forecast manpower requirements, develop and implement career pathways for employees and succession planning to build strong leadership pipeline

- Provide advice to leaders on building working environment and organizational culture, which will attract and retain the best talent across the industry.

- Lead employee relation issues in a manner consistent with the Organizational values, driving a culture of performance and accountability.

- Ensures the operational excellence in areas such as Payroll, Audits and legal compliances.

- Deliver the HR aspects of organizational changes that arise from business unit transformations, including organizational restructures, acquisitions, workforce re-balancing.

- Lead Workforce planning and Talent Management processes to identify and address competency, knowledge, and talent gaps. Areas of activities will include staffing, talent development and succession planning programs.

- Conduct gap analysis for training needs. Designs and implements a training plan with input from business heads. Manage costs to budget.

Required Skills:

Minimum Experience:

- 10 Years HR generalist experience at senior managerial level

- A respected thought leader within their industry and the broader HR community.

- Ability to speak publicly in large and high visibility forums on both organizational development topics and how technology enables that and compliance.

- Strong knowledge in handling various MIS such as HR Dashboards, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits. Has excellent attention to detail.

- Act as a role model for the organization. Works with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve productive outcomes.

- Demonstrate an understanding of personalities and behavioural styles in order to work collaboratively with a variety of people and to make informed decision around resourcing, reporting structures and relationships.

- Understanding of all legal implications and ability to resource plan accordingly and comply with legal obligations.

- Familiar with best practice redundancy processes and experienced in coaching managers through this and leading where necessary.

- HR generalist with Human Capital vision, direction and leadership to support the Company's mission & business strategy with 8-10 years of experience.

- Functional knowledge and expertise within all aspects of HR function with special focus on competence development and retention.

- Experience in dealing with unions & union negotiations. Adequate knowledge of Labour Laws.

- Must be a strategist, illustrating the linkage between employee behaviours and company success.

- Must be an integrator, understanding policies, practices, procedures and tools for talent movement including new hires, expatriates, etc.

- Professional knowledge and competence within all aspects of HR function with special focus on performance management and people development. Must be able to relate effectively to employees at all levels of the company.

PG- MBA/PGDM - HR/IR
