About our Client :

- Our client is a 20+ billion dollar organization and are leaders in the medical devices space. With recent mergers of their legal entities, they are looking for a seasoned HR Head to lead their Pan India Operations for 300 employees.

Job Description - Reporting into the VP HR for APAC and the India MD, your responsibilities will include :

- Managing the HR function end to end.

- Develop HR strategies and work with Directors, General Manager, Heads of Department to achieve business plan. Oversee the execution of HR systems and procedures for Pan India business

- Lead HR team to provide guidance and support on full range of HR activities

- Lead the entire organization restructuring by working closely with business

- Implement employee welfare programs to ensure employees, well-being and work life balance

- Develop and implement plans for Talent Development, with particular focus on Career Management and Successor Planning

- Lead Recruitment and Selection while putting a robust recruitment model in place

- Ensuring new employees Induction.

- Advise on guidelines and market practice for all Compensation and Benefits matters

The Successful Candidate :

- You will come with 10-15 years of experience as an HR Generalist. If you have lead the HR function for an organization (non service sector), this will be an added advantage.

- A track record of managing organization restructuring and mergers and acquisitions is required. We are looking for candidate strong on managing a wide range of employees sales, corporate, R&D and after sales service.
