- Client requires a competent and dynamic HR leader to drive HR strategy and create HR framework conducive to a performance focused organization.   - The incumbent is expected to play the role of HR Leader and lead the efforts towards cultural change and better HR Practices.   - The role-holder is expected to have the right level of maturity, strategic thinking and forward thinking mindset.   - The role will be required to take initiative and contribute to the organization's HR strategy and projects.  - The incumbent understands the existing Human Resources function and synergizes with the overall organizational strategy.  - He / She is a Change Manager and develops regional HR Strategy by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction, establishing human resources objectives in line with BU Business objectives.  The role-holder is expected to implement human resources strategies through :   - Talent acquisition & staffing   - Employment relations   - Compensation and reward strategies  - Learning and development  - Talent engagement   - Performance metrics and labour relations.   - It is an important aspect of the role to plan, monitor, appraise and review staff job contributions, maintaining compensation, determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies, designing systems, accumulating resources, resolving problems, implementing change.   - He / She builds & evangelizes a Positive Developing culture within the organization.  - He / She networks within the sector to understand and keep abreast of best-practices and benchmark BU's existing HR framework for India.  - The role-holder strives to maintain a healthy and harmonious ER / IR environment and proactively engages with plant employee to create a healthy work culture  Reporting Relationship :  Direct : Managing Director   Team : 7-8 at corporate and plant level   Location : Mumbai   Ideal Candidate :  - Should be a senior HR leader having minimum of 15+ years experience, with at least 2-3 years in senior leader / HRBP role.  - Post-Graduation in Human Resources from a reputable Institute.   - Sector preference - manufacturing, retail  - Should be have a holistic HR experience and familiar with Employee Relations.  - Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with all levels of the organization.  - Strong people management skills  - High on energy with an appetite for embracing change and working in dynamic environment.   - Ability to influence and engage with multiple stakeholders in the organization.  - Should be abreast on recent developments in the domain of HR and sector.   - Strong Leadership capabilities to work in junction with multiple business heads   - Good team player  - High level of maturity
