Head - Human Resource - Manufacturing

Client Profile : Our clients are a mid-sized (having 3# manufacturing plants, headcount over 600#, turnover Rs.400 crores and listed on BSE) professionally managed, highly profitable exponentially expanding Manufacturing organisation based in Mumbai - Leaders in their field. Our clients have markets in India and overseas (USA, Europe, Far East) and are on a rapid transformation phase and hope to grow very rapidly in the next few years.Our clients are seeking to recruit Head-HR and Head-Accounts to be based in Mumbai and reporting to the CEO.

Purpose of the Job (Head-HR) : To oversee the entire HR function (strategic & operational). Lead a team.

- Would work as HR Business Partner on all HR Strategic & Operational aspects including Talent Acquisition, PMS, L&D, Appraisals etc.

Candidate Profile:

- MBAs (preferably Full-time, 2 years) aged 33-40 with 8-15 years relevant experience in manufacturing organisations.

- Must be willing to travel to manufacturing locations.

- Must be very strong in strategic & operational HR.

- Must be capable of and willing to work independently.

- Preferably be currently heading HR function of a mid-sized organisation or a division/SBU of a large organisation.

- Must have strong experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
