We are looking for a Head HR for one of our esteemed client in the manufacturing industry (mid size) which is a wholly owned subsidiary of a global MNC and the position is based out from Delhi NCR.  The role is a combination of strategic and operational HR encompassing end to end HR strategy and operational HR for India. The manufacturing plants are spread out at different locations and we are looking for the following essential key attributes for this role:  - Experience in IR (current or past is OK) is essential with someone who has exposure to negotiation & settlement with unions including (wage settlements).  - Experience in matrix reporting/global stakeholder management  - Should be leading the HR piece in the current role ( if Mid Size)  - Experience in conceptualizing & implementing HR strategy  - End to end experience in HR and ability to manage teams across locations  Would request you to please check the essential key attributes listed above for this role before applying for the role.
