Head - Human Resource - Manufacturing (10-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- The incumbent will be required to manage the entire HR gamut for a large workforce
- Lead Human Resource Management by creating systems and processes to implement best HR practices.
- Manage talent acquisition for various business lines with emphasis on new hiring concepts, best culture fit and to ensure reduction in hiring cost.
- To work closely with Business Unit Heads and implement business specific HR interventions.
- Responsible for Performance Management System with focus on Internal & External customers and performance feedback.
- Ensure significant improvement in HR Processes' efficiency achieving SLAs towards employee services.
- Introduce various communication platforms in the organization to promote open communication and channels for employee feedback and management transparency.
- To ensure that industry competitive compensation & benefit programs are implemented.
- Focus on revisiting existing HR Policies, systems and practices of the company,redefining and emphasizing on aligning it to business objectives and organization's dynamics
- To ensure Capability / Skill Development & Training activities by introducing learning & development platforms.
- Ensuring adherence to company standards for HR good practice and compliance with all local labor laws and other statutory requirements.
- Career planning and personal development initiatives (including Succession planning and mentoring) with all team members.
- Responsible for leading HR Due Diligence exercises.
DESIRED PROFILE :
- Must have 10 - 15 years of experience in managing HR related activities of companies with turnover of more than INR 500 - 800 crores.
- Must have experience of managing more than 1000 employees
- Excellent team management skills
- Out of the box thinker
- Excellent knowledge of recent HR practices.
- Should have an analytical bent of mind.
- Should be ready to work in a number crunching environment.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
- Post graduation degree is mandatory
