At our Company our aim is to revolutionize trucking operations in India. This sector is poised to experience rapid growth on the back of India's economic recovery and there is an urgent need for professionally managed services in this sector.

With the backbone of a strong driver team and robust technology based monitoring & tracking systems we want to bring superior services in this sector. Thus, we have a two-fold mission of value creation - providing exceptional service to our external customers (e.g. 3PL ) as well as improving the quality of life of our internal customers i.e. the drivers.

We are a start-up based out of Gurgaon with operations in 12 other cities right now. Our aim is to revolutionize trucking operations in India. This sector is poised to experience rapid growth on the back of India's economic recovery and there is an urgent need for professionally managed services in this sector.

Started by alumnus of IIT, IIM, Harvard, Stanford, McKinsey. We are a dynamic, fun and fast growing company and are always looking for driven people to join us. We are currently based out of Gurgaon with operations in 7 other cities currently and growing rapidly.

This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting start-up and take it to new heights. We believe in the team we are building and we want an awesome HR head to lead this organization building.

We are looking for:

- A go-getter! Someone who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen

- Clear communication (in English, Hindi) and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

- A positive attitude to constantly learn on the job and openness to new ideas

- Expertise in HR across talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management system, employee relations, HR policy & frameworks and compliance with HR laws. Basically creating an institution that is able to attract and retain great talent

Minimum Basic requirement:

- A bachelor's degree (any discipline) is a must. Preferably a PG in HR from reputed institute in India (e.g. XLRI)

- Prior work experience of min 5 years

- Proficiency in MS Office tools - MS Excel, MS Word

The Role:

Organization Building:

- Coordination with HR Firms on recruitment and managing the interview process

- On-boarding new hires - completing joining formalities

- Designing organization charts, identifying hiring gaps and creating talent acquisition plans

Performance Management:

- Define Performance Management System

- Define review architecture and rating system

Talent Management:

- Define Reward and Recognition for all levels

- Define training calendar including drivers

Putting HR systems, policies and procedures in place:

- Create HR policies and system

- Ensure compliance with government norms and HR laws

Structuring payroll/ compensation and benefits:

- Payroll for all employees

- Contractor management for off-roll

Overall Office Administration
