Head - Human Resource - KPO (11-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Conducts the recruiting planning meetings and reviews resumes for all candidates basis job requisitions

- Assists with the establishment of an in-house employee training and development program that addresses the company's training needs

- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems

- Administer compensation and benefit plans and provide day-to-day benefits administration services and assist employees with any claim issues

- Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance

- Assists with employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings, and Intranet use

- Provide competitive market research and prepare pay studies to help establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain superior staff

- Assist with the implementation of the performance management system and employee development programs

- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics

Required Skills :

- Candidate must be an MBA with specialization in HR from a reputed institution

- Candidates must have 11-15 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of leadership experience in HR positions

- Excellent understanding of general human resources policies and procedures and employment/labor laws

- Knowledge of HRMS systems (For example: PeopleSoft, Workday etc.) will be a plus

- Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)

- The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines

- The profile involves effective communication and possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must

- A demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly

- High level of attention to detail

- A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders

- Candidates with experience and proven track record in scaling small teams into mid to large sized teams will be given preference

- The candidate is a self-starter that thrives on complexity and finding solutions
