Our Client is looking for a seasoned HR leader who will be responsible for driving the People Strategy . The incumbent will steer the growth of the organization by making Company one of the best employers in its space in terms of culture, policies and give the employees an environment that will challenge them to better themselves. The Head HR will be responsible for the branding of the organization to both internal and external community

- The Head of HR will be responsible for spearheading the complete HR strategy for this organization. The incumbent will be responsible for sharing and building the vision for this organization. One of the main requirements of this role is to be able to envisage the exponential growth of this organization and build systems which will foster this growth.

The Head HR will responsible for:

Strategic HR :

- Bring in a good understanding of HR costs and will be responsible for driving HR budgets

- Build a strong value for HR as business partner rather than a support function by bringing in an understanding of the business and aligning HR to its goals.

Organizational Development :

- The Head of HR will be responsible for developing a robust capability building and L&D strategy across levels for technical, soft skill and leadership development and build a culture of continual learning within the organization.

- Understand the potential needs of the organization and the individual and device and facilitate training programs.

- Tie the L&D programs with the PMS and career succession planning initiatives.

- Bring in scientific approaches and tools to maximize the complete organizational development.

Communication Strategy :

- Head HR will be responsible for building a strong communication strategy for both internal and external communication.

- Ensure transparency in communication.

- External communication - be the brand ambassador of the organization in various campuses and HR forums.

- Internal communication - Develop communication strategy about long term and short term business goals and ensure alignment of thought across levels.

Talent Development & Acquisition :

- Create and build the complete talent strategy for the organization for the next few years in collaboration with the leadership team.

- Develop a strong Talent development and career growth framework across levels.

- Identify key talent within the organization using scientific methods and develop a strong developmental program to ensure their growth within the organization.

- Build a strong Talent acquisition strategy and processes to ensure the exponential ramp-up for the organization

- Build a strong value proposition to attract the best talent in the industry.

- Foster strong relationships with the top campuses for talent acquisition

Policies and Processes :

- Create innovative policies keeping in mind the demographic cultures of the organization which will value add to the overall business and people goals.

- Use HR analytic to help improve processes and improve overall efficiency of people and HR organization.

- Spearhead HR systems implementation

- Bring in a strong process around compliance and statutory requirements of the organisation.

Performance Management System :

- Define and create the roles of various functional areas and the KRAs of the roles.

- Create a robust Performance Management System which will be integral to the career growth of the individual.

- Create a strong 360 degree feedback mechanism and establish clear communication lines.

- Link the PMS system to the Career Progression and Succession Planning program of the organization

Qualifications :

- 8-13 years of experience in Human Resources with a strong and proven background in setting up HR systems and building organizations.

- MBA HR from leading management school will be preferred.

- Experience of working in entrepreneurial, start-up environments

- Experience of managing multiple HR initiatives

- Experience of managing small to mid-sized teams.

Key Competencies and Characteristics :

- This individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the - C- level executives in a range of environments.

- The incumbent must possess excellent people skills and will be required to manage relationships across levels.

- The individual should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities

- The individual should have demonstrated entrepreneurial instinct with a strong understanding of operating and scaling a business.

- The individual should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work

- The individual should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
