Company US MNC IT Product Firm   Position Brief :  - Reporting directly to the CEO, the head of HR will spearhead end to end activities of HR like Talent Management, Organisational Development, T&D etc.  The role encompasses :  - Strong exposure to OD, top team effectiveness, coaching, leadership transformation  - Implement leadership programs  - Integrate processes and lead new initiatives in strategic workforce planning, forecasting and succession planning.  - Identify organizational development gaps and act as an influential partner in developing solution  - Work in partnership with management to orchestrate cultural development and organizational change initiatives that address corporate goals and strategies.  - Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development.  - Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.  - Working with business groups assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within client group  Qualifications & Experience :  - MBA-HR(Full Time) from Premiere Institutes   - Minimum of 8-10 years (Preferably pass out in between 06-08 ) of work experience in the areas of OD, PMS, L&D and also supporting the day to days HR activities of a Product based/ Service industry fits the bill.  - Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, and Succession planning and who can manage corporate initiatives in process and policy is the right people for this role.  Personal Characteristics :  - High energy level with business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.   - Possess a continuous improvement mentality - able to challenge the way things are done today.   - Preference would be for someone who has some amount of prior experience in establishing systems, processes and change management.  - Proven experience of guiding and coaching a senior management team, proven credibility of operating at a senior level  - The ability to use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive and successful team and to be able to motivate and lead by example in order to facilitate team goals.  - Superior verbal and written communication skills.  - Superior interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport with customers/clients.  - An innovative and proactive approach.  - Highly developed time management skills with the ability to manage and deliver business solutions.  - Visionary and solution-orientated.  - Excellent negotiation skills.  - Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions.  - Flexible and adaptable to change.
