Qualification: MBA - HRD/PGDPM/PGDHRD
- Post Graduate in HR from a good school
- Experience of working in a line function. (Should not be just strategy oriented)
- Experience of working in a technology firm, especially one that scaled rapidly
Role:
- Ensure that the talent and culture in the BitChemy Group of companies is the best in class.
- Ensure that there is sanity in basic policies across the group
- Ensure that there is compliance on the HR front across the group companies
Responsibility:
- Top-level (CTO, CFO) hire across the group. This will be across geographies
- Create common policies from a HR perspective. This does not mean that all companies in the group are identical; it means that they are as similar as possible to reduce avoidable complexity.
- Ensure that there is a lean culture that values and manages aggressive people, is transparent to a fault and is able to scale at speed.
- Remove all unnecessary policies but ensure 100% compliance with the ones that remain.
Ideal Likes & dislikes:
- Likes: Business orientation, (no unnecessary people oriented faf), move at speed, accept and manage uncertainty, aggression in orientation, comfortable with a lot of travel.
- Dislike: The reverse of the above; meeting orientation, counseling desire.
- No of reportees: The HR people in the respective companies will have a dotted line relationship with this hire
