Looking for a senior level experienced Human Resource Manager to support Winjit Technologies, Nashik.

The Head of HR will be working closely with the CEO in developing strategic initiatives in the organization
- Participate in design and implementation of strong scalable HR processes.
- Execute the current processes and drive the HR team to implement those.
- Coordinate with the Financial controller and maintain budgets for divisions in the organization.
- This role will be responsible for thoroughly analysing and tracking human resource competency matrix within the organization.
- Make sure the business lines needs are aligned with hiring patterns and availability.
- Co-ordinate and integrate tightly with the operations team and plan and align the hiring requirements in line with emerging technologies.
- Implement productivity improvisation systems and coordinate with the Finance team to measure and take corrective actions.
- 6 to 10 years experience of medium size organization in the HRM function
- Proven measurable track record of setting up HR practices and making a considerable difference has to reflect.
- Strong grasp of the technology industry is a must and should reflect in the past experience
- Ownership of business decisions and sound judgement making skills are a must.
- Strong critical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills and people management skills along with tactical execution.
