Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Set up of an organizational level shared services for managing multiple functions like HR, Finance, Marketing, C&B, recruitment, training, Compliance, Quality and IT.
- Envisions, directs, and is accountable for the consistent delivery of HR operations across the shared service model. Responsible for HR operational strategies, HR financial management and budgets, employee relationship management.
- Responsible for creating all service standards metrics and ensuring all service standards are monitored and inappropriate levels are handled consistently and fairly throughout the HR.
- Also responsible for identifying and effecting continuous improvement and service delivery excellence opportunities throughout the operations functions by identifying and adopting best practices.
- Provides leadership, direction, coaching, feedback, and, where appropriate, discipline to and through subordinate team members. Serves as a role model for high quality customer service; ensures that the needs and expectations of all customers are consistently met or exceeded
