Team size : 100+

- Need a candidate having stellar HR Senior Leadership experience, preferably in the IT Services industry and in an organization of suitable size/complexity.

- In this role, the candidate needs lead and be responsible for the Core HR functions and Operations for the 14000 strong geographically dispersed workforce.

- In additional to ensuring excellence & continuous improvements in BAU HR activities for the Core HR functions, the candidate would need to be able to define the organization's HR strategies, policies, direction and culture, in the core HR areas.

- And to drive HR's agenda as part of HR's interaction and working with interfacing operational and business teams.

The person will need to do the following, in accordance with the organization's HR strategy and the best interests of stakeholders and the organization:

- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HR strategy, policies & processes

- Provide HR & Management Thought Leadership to the organization

- Focus on Talent Management (across seniority levels and skill-sets)

- Focus on Leadership Development (to ensure that we have the depth of leadership throughout the company who are focused on the right things)

- Work closely with related support functions like Talent, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, People Supply Chain, Recruitment, Immigration & Mobility

- Work closely with Business [Industry domain teams or BUs, and Technical teams or Practices] and Organizational Leadership, for excellent stakeholder connect and delivering Business Value of HR

- Be able to work with teams across geographies- HR/Operations/Business Teams from different geographies

- To be the face of HR for the organization, for the Capgemini Group, and for the industry.

- High levels of awareness of the latest happenings in the IT Financial Services industry and HR Industry

- Mould the HR function to be able to best support business needs as per changing economic, industry and market dynamics

- Coach business leaders on leadership behaviors and practices, employee communication, development and performance management strategies and tactics to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.

- Develop, Lead and coach an effective & efficient HR team to successfully support current and future business strategies.

- Provide strong leadership to the HR team by encouraging diversity of thought, focusing on employee development and performance, and ensuring teams continually acquire new skills and capabilities.

- Drive ideation & change management for bringing improvements in the HR context

- Implementing and ensuring effective & adequate HR reporting processes

- Be able to build a world class HR team by mentoring, building solutions and hiring.

- Possess very good communication, motivating and convincing skills
