Head - Human Resource - Internet/Online - IIM/XLRI/TISS (8-10 yrs)
Our client is an Indian Online firm with 800+ employees across PAN India locations.
Designation: Head - Human Resources
Position reports to CEO and handle a team
Location: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the HR Function including:
- Oversee all recruiting efforts; Work closely with business heads to define staffing levels and ensure staffing requirements are met
- Implementing strategies for attracting, retaining and motivating employees
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle
- Managing performance and appraisal process
- Monthly payroll processing
- Ensure all HR statutory compliance's are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Implement training programs as required
- Employee engagement activities
Desired Profile:
- Previous HR experience of at least 8-10 yrs is required
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from Premier B-Schools (IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD etc)
- Previous experience recruiting and managing a large PAN India sales force
- Experience with HR statutory compliance's
- Strong People Management experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
