- To manage entire HR / IR issues of a large Site, reporting to Site Head.
- Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Talent Management
- General Administration
- Training, Development & OD initiatives
- Statutory Compliances & Govt. Liaison
Skills Required :
- Minimum 12 years experience in managing end-to-end HR, IR, Liaison & General Administration of a manufacturing set-up
- Must have excellent Administrative & IR Management Skills
- Proactive, equipped with latest HR practices & initiatives
