Roles & Responsibilities :   - Human Resource Management Coordinating in formulation of strategy and plan with focus on aligning HR with core business.   - Overseeing smooth implements on HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, orientation & development of employees in the organization.   - Ensuring proper documentation & updation of records, employees training details and employee history card, accident insurance policy, etc.   - Performance Appraisal & compensation management managing of the administration of performance management program, including periodic performance review and appraisals for the employee.   - Handling wage and salary administration, PF, ESI, Bonus & other Govt. records, settlements of all financial Accounts, Industrial Relations   - Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management - employee relation & achieve dedication by the workers.   - Negotiating and amicably settling dispute with the union and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.   - Training and development. Developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi - skill work force and conceptualizing need - based training programs to enhance their efficiency & productivity.   - Designing training modules; evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by constantly developing and implementing pre & post assessment tools.   - Policy management Maintain and timely review the existing Policies of Company.   - Design and Implement new Policies and rules on the basis of 'Transparency and Equality concept.   - Administration, appearing before courts/regulatory authorities for resolving critical issue / disputes and ensuring compliance with statutory obligation.   - Arranging for staff welfare activities viz, transportation, housing, security, personal accidents, insurance etc.   - Coordinating with local bodies (Local Govt., sector), Telecom Dept., land Revenue Collectorate, Elec., Factory Inspectorate, PCB, ESI, P.F. etc.   - Billing & Documentation of service providers & Contractors any other jobs assigned from time to Time  - Visa document Process for expat   HR Portal :  Prepare a Monthly HRMIS report (Budget Vs Actual, Salaries & Wages, New joinees, Separations, Recruitment Status, Transfers, Training Mandays, IR situation at Units, Statutory report) etc.
