Head - Human Resource - FMCG/Retail (10-20 yrs)
Head Hunting for Head HR for an Indian Packaged Food Organization:
Reports To: Executive Director
Subordinates/ Reportees: 12
Job Location: Delhi
Work Experience: Minimum 10 - 15 years of Total Relevant Work Experience with exposure to both Retail & FMCG F&B- Sectors.
Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM (HR) - (Regular Curriculum Only)

Job Description:
- Candidate will be responsible for the organizations entire HR activities for both its Retail & FMCG Business.
- Inculcate best HR Policies & Practices for the Firm.
- Manage the Employee life-cycle for the entire Business Unit.
- Cater to the Manpower Planning for the entire Business Unit.
- Make Career Growth Plan including T&D for all employees. Nurture an apt Employee Retention scheme.
- Set up an apt PMS System. Assesses the performance of the employees and to enable in building a performance driven work culture.
- Addressing strategic business objectives through proactive interventions & monitoring their implementations.
- Interact regularly with departmental heads to identify and remove all obstacles to the fostering of an efficient and value driven work culture.
- Interact with all Business Line Heads and establish Job Role Clarity for each department.
- Co-coordinating with Business Line Heads for assuming overall HR responsibility related to the facilitation of all HR initiatives for the entire business unit.
- Proper and apt HR Coordination across all verticals and levels.
- Maintaining cordial Employee Relations at the Head Office & Plant; adhering to all Statutory norms; all safety & security procedures. Builds relationships with employees across functions in order to evaluate/enhance effectiveness of all Human Resource Functions.
- Familiar with all the HR & IR related aspects.
- Strives to achieve reduction in costs through effective budgeting and monitoring of actual expenses against budgets and through cost saving initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements:
