We are looking for Head of HR for one of our client based in Mumbai.

Education: MBA from Tier - 1 Only (TISS/XLRI/MDI/SCMHRD)

Exp: 13-17 Years (Post MBA)

Age: Should be less than 38 years.

Looking after the End to End HR for the organization of 5000 employees. The role reports to the CHRO. Experience of having worked in FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing in one of the career stints is essential.

Responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy for the organization and administration of the HR Policies / Processes. Provide operational and strategic HR support to the Business Heads. Drive HR Business partnering agenda for the company.
