Client Details :

Our client is a family owned promoter run group with business interests in India and Nigeria. They are one of the well known names in the corporate world and have primary interest in health care and CSR projects. To support all their entities they are looking for a HR head who will be based out of Mumbai but will have to also oversee and travel operations, hiring and interests in Africa(Nigeria)

Description :

- Reporting to the Chairman, you will be responsible for all gamuts of HR (complete HR Generalist role)

- Development of HR policies and Processes

- HR Strategy and Budgeting

- TA, Induction, Development, Retention for India and Africa Business

- Compensation and Benefits

- Employee Relations and Grievance handling

Profile :

Ideally you have worked in Health care/Hospitality (preferred not mandatory) sector with promoter and understand the nuances of a family run business. You have been hands on in most of the assignments and have work experience of at least 15 years with reputed organisations. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are open to multi geography role where travelling is an imminent part of the role
