JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Responsible for managing the end to end employee life cycle.

- Partnering with business on recruitment strategies and managing multiple stakeholders in a matrix work environment.

- Creating and implementing overall talent management strategy including workforce planning, recruiting, hiring, training and development, performance planning, management, and improvement and succession planning.

- Ensure quick onboarding and an effective induction process adherence for fresh talent into the system

- To develop comprehensive and accurate MIS system.

- SOP for Process Improvements

- Closely monitoring the business performance, identifying inefficiencies & gaps.

- Consulting and coaching the line managers for effective performance management; be involved in Leadership Performance conversation to drive Values & Behaviors

- Policy formulation & implementation

- Driving Employee Engagement initiatives and build a high-performance culture.

- Responsible for planning and executing OD interventions like employee engagement, HR Branding, Employee communications (newsletters, mailers, etc)

- Effective & proactive Grievance Redressal.

- Managing the annual Performance Appraisal activity, deriving the increment & incentive budgets and ensure a fair distribution of the available budget.

- SOP for Process Improvements

- Responsible for planning and executing OD interventions like employee engagement, HR Branding, Employee communications (newsletters, mailers, etc)

- Identify Training Needs, conducted Gap analysis and Implement Training programs including motivational and conduct the evaluation for training effectiveness.
