Principal Accountabilities :   - Insuring that every aspect of human resources incorporate the vision, values, and culture of the organization.   - Developing an employee-oriented organization culture that emphasizes continuous improvement, team- work, high performance and quality.   - Managing the human resource management and payroll system and providing staff and directors with the essential reporting in order to help them in managing their employee resources.   - Developing staffing strategies and implementing programs and plans.   - Identifying and cultivating effective and appropriate sources for employee for all job levels.   - Reviewing and revising HR policies in compliance with changing or new legislation.   - Develop Strong performance management culture that reinforces the organizations required behaviors.   - Evaluates the Business Value of the various plans formulated by HR department and discusses them with the stakeholders   - Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development   - He has to analyze and distribute budgets to different projects in HR   - Establish and maintain a recruitment center of excellence.   - Manage all aspects of the recruitment process from manpower planning to interviewing and induction.   - Monitor diversity and act on results.   - Liaison with recruitment agencies   - Maintain best practice HR policies and procedures that Comply fully with statutory requirements.   - Proactively ensure that policies and procedures are in operation across the Organization.   - Communicate policies and procedures to staff through the Handbook.   - Maintain accurate employment records that meet data protection standards.   - Support Businesses in setting learning and development budgets.   - Monitor expenditure with timely interventions on budgets where appropriate.   - Provide regular reports to the Board and Management Team on   - Demonstrate strong leadership and the application of good commercial skills.   - Motivate, performance manage and develop each team member to reach their full potential.   - Accountable for own self development and maintaining continuing professional development activities in order to keep up to date with emerging business trends and best practice.   - Take decisions on all HR team budgets agreed by the Board.   - Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales   - Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets   - Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements   - Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization   - Raising proactive issues with managers, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommending appropriate action plans.   - Compiling and managing case management documentation, accompany and support managers.   - Ensuring job description/KRA for every employee position is up-to-date and accurate.   - Creating compensation plans and providing administration for employee welfare's.   - Managing the risk management work functions and assisting in developing a healthy and safety programs for the volunteers and staff.   - Participating as a senior management team member in weekly Director Meetings in order to develop and discuss organizational procedures and policies.
