As a Head of HR, the successful candidate will lead the overall function and partner business in all people based decision.
He/She will supervise all tasks across the entire lifecycle of an employee.
Should have an exposure in BFSI/Consulting/KPO/ business environment.
Should have done a Full Time course (preferably an MBA) in HR or Psychology from Tier I-II Institutes.
Should be available to travel to multiple locations ( within india)
Should have team leading experience of atleast 5 years and total experience post qualification of 10 years.
Stakeholder Management & Planning and Strategy
- Ensure business partnership with all key stakeholders like CEO and Other department heads.
- Participate in creation of annual business plan and HR budget in line with the annual business plan of the organization.
- HR plan will span across gamut like manpower costs, Staff Welfare and Support business teams in creations of right budget with all upcoming projects..
- Ensure Headcount and expenses are maintained as planned..
Recruitment & Selection:
- Create a stable process of recruitment right candidates within requested timelines
- Ensure a healthy mix of candidate source of paid v/s cost free hiring to ensure cost per hire is in control
- Ensure right pipeline for key positions are maintained.[from attrition perspective as well]
- Create an internal systems of tracking regular progress and review
People Engagement Process/ HR Operations : [3 centres; employee engagement initiatives]
- Ensure the creation of a competitive compensation strategy
- Ensure employees are constantly challenged by a competitive performance management process
- Create a culture with a right mix of discipline and fun through various events.
- Ensure all processes are automated as per benchmarked industry standards.
- Ensure framework for Rewards and Recognition are created.
- Create systems of employee feedback from time to time.
Talent Management & Training:
- Create a framework on Training Needs Identification.
- Create and execute the training calendar.
- Create a comprehensive competency directory at functional and behavioural level.
- Ensure a leadership pipeline is created through a succession plan.
