Our client is a leading Micro finance Institution with a strong presence in Eastern India. Headquartered in Kolkata, our client has already received multiple rounds of funding from leading developmental agencies and private equity institutions.

Requirements:

Dynamic, articulate, hard working with a keen interest to bring corporate sector learning's and best practices to the social enterprise space on a long term commitment. A strong academic background and an MBA with a 8-10 years of relevant experience and currently in a mid-senior position in a reputed company. Having worked in large systems, especially with a large low end employee base is a big plus.

Job Description:

The Head of Human Resources guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. The major areas of responsibility are:-

- Recruiting and staffing;

- Compensation and benefits administration;

- Performance management;

- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;

- Employee orientation, development, and training;

- Policy development and documentation;

- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;

- Employee services and counseling

- Organizational development

Directing administration including:

- Facility management

- Stock management

- Security

- Statutory compliance

- Insurance

The Head of Human Resources coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the CEO and serves on the senior management team; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
