Reporting To : Chief Operations Officer/Chief HR Officer  - Define, develop and implement the human resources strategy, policies, procedures and systems, in line with the business strategy.  - As part of leadership team, help define the leadership team agenda on the people front   - Create and drive HR Operations which includes HRIS, time management system and all other processes with respect to the employee life cycle  - Create the organizations structure and design to serve the business plan.  - Partner with business to recruit and continually strengthen the leadership team and down the line teams   - Design and implement compensation, benefits and reward systems that attract, motivate and retain employees to the business.   - Drive a performance driven merit based culture in partnership with the business leaders.   - Partner with business leaders and provide counsel in all people matters by analyzing information and trends.   - Design and implement engagement initiatives and communication platforms across the organization   - Plan and drive succession planning, talent management to build a leadership pipeline  - Being a startup, ensure all the statutory compliances are in place with respect to statutory requirements and labour laws   Education : Full Time Diploma/PGDBA/MBA with HR Specialization from Premier Institute  Experience : 10-13 Years
