Exp: 16 to 20yrs

Job Profile:

- Experience of setting up or expanding business in new goegraphies

- Proven ability of managing business growth and P & L

- Ability to visualize big picture and build a road map of business growth for 3-5 years and continuously fine tuning and building on it.

- Ability to lead a team of senior domain experts like payroll, benefits, recruiting, F & A etc.

- Ability to sift thru competing business opportunities and priorities and focus on the critical and leave/delegate the trivial.

- Ability to analyse the data and take appropriate business decisions.

- Experience of managing multi-cultural multi-country and multi-currency work environment

- Strong on contractual and commercial negotiations.

- International work experience would be an advantage

- Gravitas to influence and persuade decision-makers at senior level

- Excellent communication skills, keeping all key stakeholders updated

- Strong commercial and financial acumen

- Excellent networker and builder of relationships

- Flexible , highly adaptable and willing to be hands on and with different time zones

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

- Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time. Be spirited with the expertise to best harness the company resources to win sustainable new business

Looking for :

- 16 to 20 years of experience

- Experience of working in a service industry out of which last 5 years should be in HRO domain dealing with Indian and international clients

- Experience of managing multiple geographies especially in APAC
