Role Brief -   Command Center team is an important part of Global delivery governance managing the 4 components: Service Reporting, Business Insight, Communication, and Quality Assurance. The main part - Service Reporting consists of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting management of Service Level Agreements/Key Performance Indicators/Operational Level Agreements to the customer and internally for HR Service Delivery. It covers: indicators measurement definition, developing the tools and system and providing the analysis and presentation of process metrics to towers like Recruitment, HRA, Payroll and L&D .  As a Command Center Head you will be responsible to manage  - Reporting & Analytics   - Service level reporting and dashboards  - Change Management  - Technology & Transformation support  - Quality- Continuous improvement  - Supporting Innovation Solutions  - Internal communication  The role requires a high level of flexibility and mobility in terms of working hours.   1. Key Responsibilities -   - Provides management support to the HRO command center team in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics  - Supports the HRO leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs  - Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed  - Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artefacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.  - Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics  - Serves as a domain expert for HRO analytics.  - Manages any escalations and exceptions of clients, and getting resolved through delivery teams  - Change Management  - Collaborates with service lines across the HRO (learning and development, talent acquisition, HR Ops, International Assignment Services) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight.  - Works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting HRO  2. PERSON SPECIFICATION:  - HRIS Systems Experience a plus (Taleo, PeopleSoft), Oracle Enterprise BI suite a plus.  - Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and good communication skills   - Six Sigma certified- Black Belt  - Understands Operations Metrics and Quality parameters  - Can drive multiple projects across multiple service lines, with global coverage  - Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, MS SharePoint and Excel experience   - Drive initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership  - Experience in working with different global cultures would be an asset  - Fluent English (both written and spoken)  - Overall 15+ years ; (7+ years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience)  - Minimum entry grade requirements - O8
