Head HRD (Should be only from an MNC Manufacturing Company) - Mumbai
- Work closely with management to develop strategic plan to achieve the desired top & bottom line and business goals & the role of HR in this
- Responsible for developing & monitoring the HR plan & budget, closely with HODs
- Effective & smooth working of blue collared worker (IR), management of Internal Union and contract workers
- Ensure Regulatory compliance, all factory & labour laws, like social accountability audits, vendors audits etc
- Assessment and implementation of training programs at all levels to improve productivity & maximize ROCE; leadership training program, mentoring, succession planning etc
- Ensure optimum staffing & reduce overall manpower cost/sales ratio, employee retention to reduce attrition & poaching from competition
- Use strong MIS - Management dashboards, implement automated HR systems
- Compensation & Benefits including KRAs, Appraisals & Performance management
- Solid experience in multi-locational manufacturing company with 1000+ employees
- Analytical, creative thinking, resilience, decision making & confidence to manage independently
- Well developed leadership, influencing and inter-personal skills, with the drive & commitment to achieve objectives in a multicultural environment
- MBA, 10-18 years of experience, Male only, 37-40 years of age
- Demonstrates leadership and vision in championing people practices and motivating others to effect positive change
- Is a role model, and shares knowledge and experience with others, resulting in continuous improvement and strategic advantage for the organization
- Should have a vision for people: sales bench, incentivize, handle poaching etc. Have GK of global activities OKR
- Enthusiastic to play an active and key role in the company's journey of growth and transition to 10x in 10 years
- A creative thinker who can motivate the senior team and build leaders and company to become a truly performance driven organization
- An enabler in the path from Good to Great. A driver of Systems and Processes. An individual who is not a 'clock-watcher' and is willing to get involved even in smaller initiatives if required. A detail oriented person.
