We have been retained by one of the leading services organisation offering both IT/ITeS support to group companies across the globe. We are looking for Head of Human Resources for their Technology teams within having experience of around 15-25 years in managing People & Culture related areas in Technology (both product & services organizations).

Job Description:

- Responsible for all HR systems for the Technology Organization

- Develop, Refine and Implement HR strategy for the Technology Organization

- Effective manpower planning system, process for reviewing and evaluating jobs and identifying future redundancies; articulating recruiting, redeployment and succession plans

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

- UG: Any Graduate - Any

Specialization : PG: MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations from leading names like XLRI, TISS etc.

- Should have experience across different sub functions, should be able to work with multiple stakeholders (both local & global), Strategically inclined, able to conceptualize and implement key HR initiatives.

- Should be a good team player, effective communicator
