Company Profile: Our client is a very large, professionally managed, highly profitable MNC IT organization-World Leaders in their field. Our clients have a headcount exceeding 3000. Our clients seek to recruit a dynamic & experienced Head-Recruitment / Talent Acquisition to lead the IT Talent Acquisition initiatives at one of their centres in Western India. The position is based in a major city in Western India and reports to the National Head-Talent Acquisition. The position will have a large team of reportees. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience.
Job Profile
The incumbent will head / lead the Recruitment Team and ensure hiring of targeted numbers of IT professionals (at at all management levels-VP to Software Engineers). The ideal candidate will be a Graduate / Engineer or MBA with 10-16 years overall experience in Talent Acquisition in IT vertical. Must have led a team and have handled volume hiring at all levels.
