For one of our clients a large IT firm is looking for Head of HR Shared Services. 10-18 years of total experience – at least 5 years in shared services setup – Should have had the experience and exposure in setting up the shared services.

Ensuring delivery of world class HR services right from employee and manager self-service to transactional services leading up to a premier advisory centre.

 - Supporting HR operations across the group

 - End to End implementation of all HR and employee life cycle processes

 - Recognizing and ensuring Customer satisfaction and Operational excellence in the Shared services organization

 - Tracking and continuously improving process effectiveness by developing innovative solutions, ensuring timely and efficient query resolutions and building a career path for HR folk in shared services
