Silverpeople, is hiring HR Head for one of India's fastest emerging/growing real estate company. The company has grown to 700 plus people in last two years and have a great founding team from IIT/IIM/Top MBA colleges. Company has achieved multiple rounds of funding and have great expansion plans. To support the growth plans company is looking to hire a top notch HR Head.   The candidate needs to be dynamic, possess entrepreneurial flair and must be an MBA from top 10 (A+) Indian or International institutes with a proven HR expertise.   The Head Human Resource will be at the helm strategizing and ensuring the implementation of various HR interventions.S/he will be responsible for managing the HR function while working closely with the Business Head and management team to align business and people strategies, directions and objectives.  More specifically, the role will be responsible for the following:  - Formulate the company wide HR policies, keeping in mind the employee strength of the organization as well as future growth prospects   - Undertake setup of the following:   - Compensation Structure and Employee Benefits  - Payroll and ESOPs  - Recruitment and On-boarding (Develop a mentorship program)   - Management of Employee Database  - Performance and Appraisal System  - Liaison across the various business divisions to ensure effective HR operations  - Employee Engagement Activities  - Corporate Relations related to Human Resources  - Setup an effective Talent Acquisition department to attract best talent from top tier undergraduate and graduate schools  - Overseeing an effective career and succession planning process for employees  - Be able to build and establish a ‘Best in Class’ place–to&#8208;work culture within the organization  REPORTING RELATIONSHIP  The Head of Human Resources will report to the Chief Business Officer  PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS  - The desired candidate should be degree educated in a discipline such as human resources along from top tier college (IIMs, XLRI, Symbiosis, TISS) with a minimum of 6 years experience.   - The ideal candidate would possess a working knowledge of modern methods and techniques in human resource administration and the ability to deal tactfully with employees.   - The individual should have excellent people management ability with demonstrated interviewing and coaching skills.   - The individual should be detail oriented, self-confident, possess the ability to work independently and provide good public speaking and communication skills.   - S/he must possess high energy levels and have the ability to lead and motivate teams.  - S/he must have managed a team of HR professionals  - S/he must be a go-getter and someone who will be willing to execute and not just delegate  COMPENSATION  Compensation will be commensurate with experience, not a constraint for the right candidate  Process: Please send a) your updated CV, b) your current and expected salary and c) Willingness to take up a position in Mumbai  P.S: No cv shall be shared with the client or anybody outside without having detailed conversation and acceptance from the candidate.
