Qualification & Experience requirement :

- Qualified post graduate MBA with specializing in HR with 10-15 years of experience

Sectoral Diversity/Specificity : At least 3 years in leading the HR Operations Functions

Requires traveling - In order to make this position effective travel for 2-3 days a week at the Plant Side.
