Looking for Head - HR Operations for a client in Pune

Primary Role:

Lead, guide and monitor HR Shared Service operations, Data Analytics and automation initiatives, workforce analytics to support

- business decisions,

- payroll management,

- benefits administration,

- onboarding & training centre administration &

- global employee data management;

Drive migration of HR processes across overseas operations; Lead identification of quality and improvement initiatives across HR.
