Head - HR Operations - Design Firm (6-10 yrs)

Our Client is a leading multi-national architecture, design, planning and consulting firm. They are one of the sought after architectural design firms with offices throughout India as well as in Australia, Singapore, China, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The Head HR Operations is a firm wide support role not aligned to any specific business unit, but rather heading the central HR shared services unit which will cater to the HR operations needs across geographies and business units.As the head of HR operations, you will lead a team of HR professionals and be responsible for the following:

- Preparation of various HR Matrix, analyzing employee turnover, developing employee dashboard,

- Device the process excellence strategy across the organization

- Work closely with business leaders, develop understanding for formulation of HR strategies, manpower plan and implementation thereof

- Adopt measures to continuously improve process matrices and service delivery levels.

- Pre-Employment stage: background verification, pre joining formalities

- Joining Stage: On Boarding and orientation training

- Entire Employee life cycle Management

- Responsible for End to end process in HRIS system.

- Responsible for Leave Management System

- Responsible for accurate timely, quality inputs of the payroll data to finance department for the successful delivery of Monthly Payroll.

- Responsible for Internal and External quarterly and yearly Audits and ensuring seamless closure of the same.

- Handling HR ticketing system

- Responsible for creating personal files and maintaining them throughout the lifecycle of the employee

- Prepare the MIS reports (HR Dashboard)

The ideal candidate would be an HR professional with 6-8 years of experience in handling HR operations. He/She should have worked for an organisation with large headcount handling HR operations or HR shared services team. The desirable attributes of the candidate include:

- Regulatory and legislative knowledge

- Understanding of System Capabilities and Application platforms.

- Knowledge of benefits administration, operations, and delivery.

- Knowledge of basic quality tools and six sigma methodologies to drive process quality and compliance.

- Should be able to follow LEAN methodology to meet the SLA targets

- Capable of initiating new processes, participate in new process transitions in coordination with the Clients and internal stakeholders.

- Experience in handling a hierarchical structure comprising of Team Leaders and Assistant Managers and manage end to end the PMS process.
