General Summary :  HRBP role responsible for all activities related to employee relations, organizational development, change/transition management, employee engagement, manpower budgeting, compensation and benefits, HR operations and compliance.  Skills/Qualifications :   MBA HR/Graduate with good knowledge of the India Payroll disbursement process and the related laws.   High level of proficiency in MS Excel.  Functions Description :   Recruitment :  - Plan Manpower for the organization within the budgetary norms and time frame.   - Strong in Stakeholder Management.  - Handling end to end cycle of recruitment - sourcing profiles through various channels including Campus hiring, interviewing candidates from HR perspective, involve in compensation proposal & negotiations.  - Constant drive to strengthen and increase utilization and effectiveness of low-cost channels to attract talent by utilizing IJP s, Employee Referral Schemes, Campus recruitment, Job Portals, Head-hunting, website etc.  - Interact with Hiring Manager, Department Manager to seek clarity on the position.  Operations/ HRIS :  - Responsible/owner for all Employee Data - Personal Files and HRMS  - Ensure all Employee data and provide monthly analysis of Employee Cost; Attrition etc.  - Provide HR Policy & Benefits overview and be the stakeholder for any policy related queries.  - Ensure separation process Initiated as per exit policy and TAT.  - Process Improvement - Work to create more efficient processes across areas of responsibility.  - Handle the entire employee lifecycle w.r.t. performance management, compensation & benefits, etc  Budget & Reforecasting :  - Responsible for maintaining the Manpower Cost and Budget.  - Own the Employment Cost Budget and Actual variance reporting process.  - Ensure trackers and reports as required.  Payroll Management :  - Manage and monitor end-to-end payroll, final settlements & associated processes for all employees PAN India including Contract Employees. Maintain and process error free data.  - Ensuring timely and accurate data/analysis for key stakeholders (finance, internal audit, compliance etc.)  - Liaison with the external payroll provider and maintain all required documentation.  - Handle all Employee queries regarding Salary & Compensation.  - Check and verify all the payroll related reports to ensure that the accurate data has been captured.   Compliance Lead :  - Track and ensure all Statutory Compliance are met and are in order.  - Liaison with the Compliance vendor and ensure all provisions of the law are in compliance  - Keep up to date on legislation changes and facilitate compliance.  You will also be an HR business partner for a particular business unit taking taking of all the generalist HR activities for them.
