Head - HR - Mfg/FMCG/Retail (18-25 yrs)
Title:- Head of HR
Location:- Hyderabad
Profile:
- The incumbent would be heading the HR Function of a group of companies.
- He/she would be handling a fair sized team and the incumbent would be responsible for partnering with the Leadership Team in development & successful achievement of strategic business goals & objectives enabled by well aligned HR systems & practice in : Talent Acquisition, Talent On boarding ,Talent Management and Talent Engagement.
- Focus on strategic HR through Talent transformation, PMS, culture building and L&OD efforts.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal HR groups and external business units.
- Facilitate Manpower planning and acquire talent with a emphasis on improving the quality of intake and timeliness. (Recruitment and sourcing strategy, process, using selection tools etc.). Should have high level of selection skills, ability to attract talents, employer branding etc.
- Deploy Cost effective recruitment and selection processes.
- Lead Performance Management for the group companies by advising business/Functional leaders on the process and Setting up KRAs and ensuring timely performance reviews and performance feedback on a half yearly basis.
- Help business Develop and deploy employee performance evaluation metrics.etc
Experience Background:
- Experience in handling the entire Gamut of HR in an organisation (Manufacturing Industry exposure would be preferred).
- Good knowledge, communication and relationship ability to professionally interact with multiple internal (C level, Regional and BU Heads) and external stakeholders.
- Should have worked earlier with progressive companies having contemporary HR practices in the FMCG/Retail/ Service sector of the economy 18-25 years as an HR professional in the industry
- Experienced and skilled in Handling a large work force across multiple locations.
- Should have operated in large size teams.
- At some point should have handled a start up setup.
Education:
(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course, MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations) from a Tier 1/2 institutes.
