JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities
1.Lead the team to design, innovate and implement employee engagement initiatives, anchor the employee engagement survey, design progressive HR practices basis the outcomes and ensure high engagement scores
2.The role requires working closely with the leadership team
3.Work with central talent management team to assess talent/ develop succession pipeline and mitigate talent risks within the organization
4.Strategize reward and recognition program in line with business requirements.
5.Drive the units talent acquisition process, innovative sourcing strategy, quality of talent inflow, controlled recruitment cost, track of manpower cost and headcount.
6.Embed a performance driven culture to enable the organization to achieve business objectives and ensure transparency of process
Desired Candidate Profile
1.Education: Post Graduate in HR from an reputed institute.
2.Proven track records as an HR for at least 10+ years experience in leading organizations known for strong HR practices
3.Intuitive, conceptual, systems focused thinker with flexibility to change plans based on organization needs
4.Expertise to proactively identify and drive HR solutions aligned to business strategy
5.Extensive capacity to influence business leaders individually and collectively
6.Partners collaboratively across HR function in the Network.
