We have the following requirement in Head HR LOB - in a leading BFS entity in Mumbai

Role is to handle

- Recruitment:

- Employee Engagement:

- HR Compliance

- Creating employment structure, contracts, visa processes, compensation frameworks as per industry standards & internal benchmarks

- The role holder would play a key role in Stakeholder Management with business as well as well internal HR Operations, Legal & Other team

- Structuring the Performance Management process & framework

- Partnering with the Learning & Development team to design & create Training plan for the employees

Prefer candidate with 10 years - 20 years from TISS/XLRI/SYMBI with MBA HR Degree preferably from BFS or Manufacturing from Matrix environment
