Job Profile

We are looking for a visionary HR professional who would lead the Global HR initiatives for their India operations. The objective of this role is overall responsibility for leading the Human Resources functions of the company, to align the HR strategy with the overall business strategy of the company by building capability & capacity for current as well as future business requirements. The incumbent will lead the Talent Acquisition and be the driver in stepping up of Talent Management, OD, L&D and C&B activities for the Group. Will be responsible for Operational Excellence, Leadership Development & Change Management. The position will involve extensive travelling both within India and overseas. This is a career opportunity to be part of a group that values its human resources.

Candidate Profile

MBA/ PG in HR aged 35-45 with 14-20 years relevant Leadership experience in Strategic & Operational HR in large (headcount: 500-1500) manufacturing (industrial / consumer) or service organisations. Must have Overseas/Global experience or work experience with MNC organisations. Exposure to large-headcount IT / ITES / KPOs / BPOs / Shared-Services / R&D Centres / Telecom Services organisations is a must. Must be currently in a HR leadership role in the organisation.
