Brief Profile: We are looking for a person with 10-15 years experience in an end to end HR profile, preferably from the IT industry.

The incumbent would be primarily responsible for providing HR Leadership over a span of 1000+ employees to drive a common talent strategy across BU.

Other responsibilities will include providing leadership on all staffing processes across the organization; manage the performance review, organization structure & design.
