Head - HR & IR

A global manufacturing organization is looking for a Head - IR & HR for their Manufacturing Unit in Bangalore.

Years of Experience: 12 - 15 yrs

Location: Bangalore

Educational Qualification: MBA / MSW (mandatory)

The concerned incumbent:

- Handle all IR and legal issues of the plant

- Should have experience in Labour Welfare, Wage Settlements, Liaisoning with Gov’t authorities, Employee Grievances

- Provide HR strategic services to drive employee performance in order to maximize business results

- Ensure employee safety

- Drive various employee engagement activities

- Handle payroll for the employees

- Recruit and Induct as per the manpower needs

- Ensure performance management system

CTC: 15 - 16 lacs per annum (maximum)
