- HR Strategic Partner for Plant Heads.

- Budget preparation and monetization.

- Implementation of HR policies at plants. Heading HR, IR, Admin, and Safety of two manufacturing units.

- Handling multiple unions, Implementing IR strategies at Plant. Conducting domestic enquiries, Union negotiations and wage settlements.

- Legal Compliance under contract labour Act, Factories Act,Training for Blue Color employees across all the plants for Safety, Supervisory skills.

- Guiding HR team for implantation of implementation of Employee engagement initiatives as per satisfaction survey initiatives. Carrying out training calendar as per training need plan and calendar.

- Union Negotiations, Wage Settlements, Disciplinary Actions, Execution of Grievance redressal Machinery for smooth operation of the plant.

- Recruitment and Manpower Planning

- Employee Engagement as per Employee Satisfaction Survey - (Carrying out Open Forums of Employee, Leadership Lecture across the Area, Implementation of Balance score Card supported by Goal Setting and periodical performance reviews, Carrying out Training Need Identification accordingly implementation of Training plan, Conducting process improvement plan meeting on monthly basis with department heads for Operation Excellence, Arranging periodic get together for Culture building initiatives.

- Overall Administration In Charge for - Infrastructure Set up at Sites, Transport, Canteen, Security, Event Management , Contract Negotiations etc,

- Performance Management System Implementation as per Guidelines.
